Your server
A small Hetzner server in your account. You own the machine, billing, and access.
Hermes installed
Hermes Agent configured for persistent sessions, memory, tools, and messaging access.
Telegram first
Reach your agent where you already chat. WhatsApp and SMS can follow after the setup is stable.
Your API key
Use OpenAI, Anthropic, OpenRouter, or another compatible provider. You control usage and spend.
Daily snapshots
Snapshots configured with seven-day retention, plus a written recovery checklist.
One useful job
Start with a morning briefing, research flow, document summary, project check-in, or another bounded task.
